We've been lied to...

There were some shocking things I discovered from reading the Bible front to back.

Having been a believer my whole life and not ever thinking I needed to read the Bible - then choosing to read it, much later in my adulthood, created stark understandings that completely contradicted my beliefs beforehand.

One of those surprising things is God’s view of women.

Ya'll, I was shocked by all the places where God shows His immense love for women and not just in the New Testament where Jesus in countless occasions shows deep love and stands up for women who were mistreated, rejected, or even sinned but also in the Old Testament.

The way God was in Old Testament times was different from the New Testament times in part, but He still showed love and respect for women. I was deeply moved by it. There's more to say, It’s too much to write here.
